Message Summary

In this powerful post-Resurrection message, Fabian Rangel Jr. walked us through the story of the road to Emmaus, reminding us that discouragement often comes when we misunderstand where we are in God’s story. The two disciples, overwhelmed by disappointment and unmet expectations, believed the death of Jesus marked the end—but in reality, it was only the beginning.

Like those disciples, we are not spectators of a distant story—we are participants in it. God calls us out of discouragement and into His unfolding redemptive plan.

As Fabian emphasized, the cross was never the end of the story—and neither is whatever moment we find ourselves in today. We are being invited, even now, into the living story of Christ’s victory and resurrection hope.
